Everything seems to be working the way it should be again. Thank you for your patience.

I will be giving Premium time to those that lost it during the downtime the past few days. Expect to see that in your account soon.

Update: We’re aware that the server is acting up again and are working to fix it again.

  11. My page is not getting any likes, while my Premium hours tick away. I’m accumulating points for liking pages fine, but it doesn’t seem to be credited towards “Become Premium” – well actually worse, it seems to be going down every time I click on the “Become Premium” button! Is anyone else having similar problems?

  12. Yes it appears that Facebook may not be cooperating with youlikehits. I am not getting credit either for any of my likes but instead I receive this error message “Facebook isn’t giving us the information we need to verify that you Liked this page.
    This means that either Facebook is down or they’re not sending us the # of Likes to verify that you Liked the page.” Facebook is never “down”. I have checked with each Like and it registers each Like on their fan page, their likes increase when I click their Like button but I am not getting any likes..why is this happening? Please advise. Thanks

    1. We connect with a specific facebook server and not the same ones you see when you login through http://www.facebook.com. This server is sometimes down and sometimes just plain doesn’t give the correct information. We’ll look into the connection to their server though.

  13. Thanks for your rapid response As you must know this issue with not being able to receive reciprocal hits on Facebook has been happening for at least the past two days. I saw a listing on the youlikehits for Facebook showing that my Fan Page has more than 100 points then it is currently showing. Where are my Likes going if not to my Fan Page? Thanks for looking into this as you have a great site but this continues to be very frustrating!

  15. My problem still exist, i can not add any page, i have tried 4 pages, then i add the previous page that i removed few days back, that page is also not accepting, this is the error,

  17. Now another error, i was adding the page, it say that your are logout but i was login, so i logout by myself, when now i am logining, it say that the username or password does not match, but i am login in site, but does not use site,
    plz help me

    1. Yes, it’s 100% working right now.

      I added 4 days of Premium onto the last time you had Premium. If it doesn’t show up on your account then it was more than 4 days ago.

  25. I’m not getting any credits for any Facebook/Stumbleupon/Digg/Twitter accounts that I am following – no matter what I do I keep getting the same error messages:

    “Uh oh”
    Twitter/Stumbleupon says you aren’t following …etc

    I’ve tried following and unfollowing and clicking the confirm button – but I’m not getting the credits?

    I’m not sure if this is the issue that everyone else is experiencing?

  26. i beg to differ when you went down 3 days ago i had about a days premium left not sure what time it went down as we are different time zones i added premium yesterday thinking it was ok but it wasnt and ive added premium today at the moment ive got 2 days premium but thats what ive put on not you, not at anytime as my premium climbed above 2 days

  27. Hi again. About three days ago it appears that all of the Facebook Likes hits are now going into “talking about this” rather than the “Likes” Can you explain why this is happening? Is there some account setting that can be changed on the Facebook Fan Page? Please advise, thanks!

    sorry 2 be a pain just been checking my history to likes on my page and there seems to be a problem in the past 20 hours ive had 100+ likes supposedly but there not on my wall could you possibly check my link i will say tho the the number of people talking about on my site as shot up could there be a chance the likes are going in there

    2. We only give Likes. “Talking About This” is how many users recently viewed your page. This should go up too but we only take Points when they Like the page.

  30. Over the last 24 hours I received this message for my website posting “You or someone else already submitted a website with this URL” What does this mean and how do I correct this? I have written to the webmaster at youlikehits but I have not received a response. It also shows on the bottom left in red the word “banned” next to my website, why would the word :banned” now appear there? My website cannot be registered again as it was before? Please advise.Could this be the reason that I cannot get any “likes” posted to Facebook, too? Thank you for your help!

    1. This means that multiple users reported your site as breaking frames, having popups or hosting adult content.

      This would not explain a lack of Likes.

  31. At 1:52 AM I had 792 Likes on My Facebook Fan Page and ‘youlikehits’ has reported that since using the service of ‘youlikehits’ I acquired 896 Likes so the total of Likes appearing on my Fan Page should be much more, it is understated

    Likes on my fan Page to date: 792

    If the site is functioning correctly now can you please explain the discrepancy, where are the hits going? Since I now have accumulated 1656 points I will use your premium services to see if this changes anything. Please advise. Thank you

    1. The Likes you’re receiving are from real users. Unfortunately some users decide to “unlike” after they Like your page. This can’t be prevented but is definitely frowned upon considering everyone is here for the same reason.

  32. But you are speaking of over 100 likes being “reversed”. However when I joined the site almost one week ago I immediately ran up 500 likes in less than a day. It wasn’t until four days ago when I read that others were having the same problems that I also was experiencing that the Likes just stopped. So if those who have liked are all of a sudden un-liking then why did the site work so flawlessly when I first started using the site?. It seems that my problem coincides with the rest of those who have experienced problems with getting likes registered which started about 4 days ago. In addition Just 4 hours ago I used 100 points to receive a premium status and since then I have had only 10 likes in the past four hours. Before this when I used 100 points to obtain a premium position my points ran out in 10 minutes, so something is very different. What is the problem? Thanks again for your help!

  35. Hi as an update, I upgraded to premium 15 hours ago and I received about 45 Likes since. That is certainly an improvement as before I did not receive any Likes However Is receiving 3 likes per hour, on average, normal after signing up for the premium for 24 hours? Thanks!

  38. I complained to you on the 16th because I purchased 5000 points and couldn’t connect and wasn’t getting any likes. Then on the 17th you unliked 30 of my previous likes I already had with you and reliked them again….that is not acceptable!!
    This has been going on before also, anywhere from 5-10 unlikes per day and I went thru my list and confirmed it’s your likes.
    I suggest you stop doing this and correct my total number of likes.

    Here are the dates and number of likes you deleted since you started having problems 10/12= 17, 10/13=13, 10/14=7, 10/15=14, 10/16=10, 10/17=30 for http://www.facebook.com/globalresorts​networksusancridland and my 2nd page 10/14=29, 10/15=29, 10/16=16, 10/7=7 http://www.facebook.com/susanjanetrav​el I still have 1139 points left for additional likes…that doesn’t mean like and then unlike. I would like all the “likes” you deleted re-liked asap….I have a record of all of this to back this up. Thank you Susan.

      I hope you’re aware that we don’t sell Likes here. We sell Points only. Also, the Likes you receive with your Points are from REAL people just like you. This means that they can unlike if they want too. YouLikeHits does nothing on the “Liking” end. We simply offer an exchange service.

I also know that you started deleting everyones likes when you started having problems a week ago. I am asking you again to reinstate the points for all the likes you have deducted from me listed above.

    1. We have no way of deleting Likes. Only the users who Like your page can delete the Like. If users are unliking your page we can not refund Points for that.

The people liking our pages in return for points are not real people, most of the pages you use are exactly the same, just a different picture of a model, soccer star, model etc. You use proxies…we all know that, but we accept it as long as there are no problems. You ran into a problem a week ago and to cover yourselves you started deducting likes so you could use up points to re-like again. Like I said this is not acceptable. The chances of 30 people every day unliking a page is very slim, let alone 2 pages…..and these unlikes started last week the same time you started experiencing problems…never before, just in the last week. I paid for 5000 points and prior to that I paid for 1250 points.
    This is the last time that I’m going to ask for you to reinstate my points before I dispute the charges and take further action. Thank you. Susan.

    1. Take the tinfoil hat off. There is no conspiracy here. We never Like/Follow anything on this site. Everything is run by the users.
      I have refunded your purchases and removed your account from our system.

  45. Hi it is nice to see someone here a moderator who is concerned for their site and the people using the site, thanks from us all! I set my Facebook likes to 9 points from the inception and after applying 100 points to a Premium account I accumulate 3 points every hour. At the very beginning of using your incredible service I accumulated 500 Likes in a matter of a few hours or less, now I am happy with 80 likes over a 24 hour period, any suggestions?   48. altho my likes are coming thru there still quite slow anyhow a couple of questions i have are you more likley to get more hits if your’e premium time is lower or higher ? secondly i have seen your post on bigger packages what form will they take ?

  61. Hi youlikehits is such a good site that we are all anxious for the new updates that will alleviate the problems of the past week to ultimately make the site better. For example although my Facebook is set to provide “Likers” 10 points, and I have used 100 points to enjoy the premium mode I have received 3 hits over the past 24 hours.Today I have more than sufficient amount of points to buy the 24 hour premium package again, but now when I try to buy the points using 100 points I get a message from YLH that I do not have enough points. I hope that by implementing the new changes the site is restored to its former glory!
